BBW With My Brother
I appreciate the guest post, Jewel Rodgers Who doesn’t love barbecue? There’s nothing about a good slab of beef brisket that I don’t like and yes, I said brisket – I’m from Texas! I decided a few years back to help my brother open his very own barbecue restaurant since he was the best chef I’d ever come across, at least when it came to the smoker. The place is doing really well and he’s really honed his skills and I’m happy to say I’m still on staff part time as his manager! I recently directed him to WWW.TEXASELECTRICITYPROVIDERS.COM to see if he could save some money on his huge electric bills (the smoker they use is MASSIVE) and he said that helped a lot. I also handle all of the staffing and accounting issues that come up which is a great way for me to stay involved. Anything I can do to help my brother is enough for me and I know he’d return the favor tenfold. Mark is a hero to me and he makes the best BBQ this side of the Mississippi! |
